Neer Brothers Construction started 30 years ago under the name “Coyote Concrete” by David Neer Sr serving Central Florida in both the residential and commercial markets. The business was taken over by David Jr in 2007 and in that same year, Cody came to Lincoln Nebraska to play Baseball for the Huskers. After his baseball career, he met his wife, made Nebraska home, and convinced David to bring the business to Lincoln in 2013 and changing the name to Neer Brothers Construction. Combined, David & Cody have over 25 years of combined experience in all phases of construction, we are well versed to meet your construction needs. As the market continuously changes, we at Neer Bros Construction are also changing and positioning ourselves to meet whatever the demands may be.
About David
I am a second-generation builder originally from Florida. My wife Taylor and I live in Lincoln with our 4 sons and love the small town Midwest. I started in Construction in 1999 working for my father and he helped craft my vision along the way; to provide a service and product that exceeds the customer’s expectations. My brother and I both have a passion for this industry and truly enjoy the process and the opportunity to let our creativity flow. If we can be of any service to you please let us know.

About Cody
After college at UNL in 2009, I started my entrepreneurial journey. I immediately started my first business in Lincoln, met and married my wife Jana here and we own a small farm where we are building our dream home on in Humboldt, Nebraska. My brother and I enjoy serving Lincoln and calling Nebraska home. If we can be of any service to you please let us know.
